EgeZeminMarket.com.tr is an online store dedicated to high-quality, specialized carpets and flooring solutions. The project involved designing and launching a WooCommerce-powered website capable of handling a large-scale product catalog with thousands of SKUs provided in raw Excel format.
The main challenge was the bulk import and transformation of over 1000 products, each with complex variations, categories, and specifications. I developed a custom Python script to convert and normalize all data into a WooCommerce-compatible format, ensuring clean, structured product listings ready for bulk upload.

One of the project’s most complex aspects was the migration of the entire product catalog from Excel spreadsheets into WooCommerce. The data was inconsistent and not in a ready-to-import format. I developed a custom Python script to:
Parse and clean the Excel data
Map columns to WooCommerce-compatible fields (title, SKU, attributes, prices, etc.)
Automatically format images, slugs, categories, and stock status
Generate import-ready CSV files for use with WP All Import
This solution not only saved hours of manual work but also ensured data consistency and accuracy across the catalog.
The website layout is clean and product-focused, with a minimalistic design that prioritizes clarity and ease of use. Visitors can explore the catalog through intuitive filters and categories, while each product page includes detailed specifications for informed purchasing.
